1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions upon which Mp3ify.com ("we" or
"our company") makes available its online video search engine and video conversion tool ("Services") to you
("Customer" or "You"). For the purposes of this Agreement: (a) "Customer" (or "you") means the individual or
business entity that is using or registering to use the Services, including its employees and agents; Your use
of the Services is expressly conditioned on your compliance with these Terms of Service. By clicking, accessing
or using the Services, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You acknowledge
and agree that Mp3ify.com may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. By continuing to access or use
the Services after Mp3ify.com makes any such revision, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Service.
By using the services provided by this site you acknowledge the following terms of service/use:
1. You may NOT use this service to download copyrighted materials without permission of the copyright holder or
authorized agents.
2. You may not use this service as means to run a third-party site. Sites that are found to use this service
remotely will be banned from our service.
3. You may not run bots to convert videos to mp3s/mp4s, anybody found doing so will be permanently banned from
accessing our website.
By way of example and in order to provide clarity regarding the appropriate and allowed use of this service
according to the terms set forth by MP3ify and agreed to by you as a condition of using this site, the following
activities ONLY are supported under the MP3ify TOS:
You MAY preview and watch any of the videos returned in the search results list by pressing the "play" button
next to the video title in the list.
You MAY click on the "MP3ify" button and convert videos that you believe to be free of copyright restrictions or
that you are authorized to download and convert. Often this includes video clips from
artists/comedians/performers/entertainers that contain rare performances, personal appearances, interviews,
parodies, mashups, and even musical recordings where copying and personal use of the audio recording is allowed
by the copyright holder or where no copyright exists or exists in the public domain. MP3ify has no means to
determine this on an individual video basis for the user, the user must determine this for themself prior to
conversion and act accordingly within the law.
If you are the copyright owner of any material and would like to block the conversion of any videos to mp3/mp4,
please contact us using the "Contact" button on the main page. We will block the conversion of those videos, as
we support the law and copyrights holders and do not support piracy in any form.Copyright PolicyMp3ify.com
respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. Unauthorized copying,
modification, distribution, public display, or public performance of a copyrighted work is an infringement of
the copyright holder's rights. You agree to comply with the terms of Mp3ify.com's Copyright Policy.Description
of servicesYou have sole responsibility for all User Files and Converted Files that you store on Mp3ify.com
servers through use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that Mp3ify.com will not be responsible for any
failure of the Services to convert a User File or store a User File or Converted File. You acknowledge and agree
that Mp3ify.com will not be responsible for the deletion of a User File or Converted File stored on the
Services, or for the corruption of or loss of any data, information or content contained in a User File or
Converted File. You bear full responsibility for archiving your data and sole liability for any lost or
irrecoverable data.General ProhibitionsAs a condition to your use of the Services, you agree not to: * Upload or
transmit as part of a User File or otherwise any data, text, graphics, content, or material that: (i) is false
or misleading; (ii) is defamatory; (iii) invades another's privacy; (iv) is obscene, pornographic, or offensive;
(v) promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any individual or group; (vi) infringes another's rights,
including any intellectual property rights; (vii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any
applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability; (viii) spreads messages of terror or depicts
torture; (viv) harm minors in any way, this includes any form of child pornography; (x) promotes illegal
activity, including but not limited to, gambling and the offering for sale of illegal weapons * Access, tamper
with, or use any non-public areas of the Services or Mp3ify.com's computer systems or the technical delivery
systems of Mp3ify.com's providers; * Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or any
related system or network or breach any security or authentication measures; * Attempt to decipher, decompile,
disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Services; * Interfere with, or attempt
to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus,
overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Services; or * Misuse system resources including, but not
limited to, employing content which consume excessive CPU time or storage space; utilizing excessive bandwidth;
or resale of access to content hosted on Mp3ify.com servers. * Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with
any person or entity. Mp3ify.com will have the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the
above, including intellectual property rights infringement and security-related issues, to the fullest extent of
the law. Mp3ify.com may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate
these Terms of Service. You acknowledge that Mp3ify.com has no obligation to monitor your access to or use of
the Services, but has the right to do so for the purpose of operating the Services, to ensure your compliance
with these Terms of Service, or to comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court,
administrative agency, or other governmental body.Copyrighted YouTube MaterialYou cannot use this service to
download copyrighted material from YouTube. Our converter service (Mp3ify Button) is only to be used as a backup
tool to download YOUR uploaded videos from YouTube. We take no responsibility for any legal issues concerning
the end user downloading copyrighted material. By downloading videos using our service, the end user agrees to
our terms and conditions and will take full legal responsibility if it is persued. Copyrighted material from
YouTube belongs to the copyright holder and to gain access, you must contact the copyright holder.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue any of the services at any time.
